This document describes use of kef-up.online.
These terms are subject to mandatory applicable law and do not waive users’ rights. Website availability and language selection do not mean participation is permitted in every country. Whether a particular service is permitted depends on the user’s location and applicable law.
02Age, accounts and security
The platform is intended for people aged 18 or older, or the higher age required by applicable law. Registration requires accurate first name, surname, date of birth, country and email. Checking the information entered is not documentary identity verification.
One mailbox permits one account, including address aliases. This limit does not permit bypassing bonus rules or restrictions. Users must protect access to their email, codes and accounts. When an authenticator is enabled, a second factor is required. Never share codes with staff or other people.
03Bets, payouts and risk
Before playing, read the game rules and check the stake, balance source and multipliers. A round is a game or sequence of moves; a stake is the gold accepted for participation; a payout is the amount credited from the result. Net result equals payout minus stake. A payout below the stake represents a net loss.
The server records results in the history. Closing a page or losing connection does not by itself cancel an accepted bet. An animation does not replace transaction settlement. Errors may be disputed through on-site help with the game, time and amount.
Games do not guarantee income. Relax describes a game’s style, not an absence of stakes or risk. Do not use borrowed funds or chase losses by increasing stakes. Using others’ accounts, collusion, interference or exploiting errors for unjustified gains is prohibited.
04Gold and conversion
Gold is an internal accounting unit, not a bank deposit or investment product. Main and bonus balances are separate. The accounting ratio is 10 gold = RUB 1. The English interface shows a USD equivalent using the Bank of Russia rate; changes in the equivalent do not change gold quantities.
USDT uses daily USD/RUB and USDT/USD rates. Check the rate and final amount in the wallet before confirming. Manual gifts and adjustments are not deposits. Test accounts have a separate mode without user deposits or withdrawals.
05Deposits and withdrawals
Transactions use USDT on TRON (TRC20). The minimum deposit is the equivalent of RUB 500. Use the displayed details and correct network. “Transferred” creates a request; credit follows verification by KEF-UP administration. One transfer cannot be credited twice.
If the request is submitted on a later day, gold is calculated using the lower crediting rate of the instructions day and request day; without a new rate, the instructions rate applies with additional review.
Withdrawals use the main balance after a confirmed deposit. The minimum is the equivalent of RUB 1,000; the maximum per request is 500 USDT and no more than the available balance. One submitted request is allowed per Moscow calendar day; a rejection also uses this allowance.
Gold is reserved until a decision. A confirmed transfer completes the withdrawal; rejection releases the reserve once. Requests are reviewed manually; immediate execution is not guaranteed. Check the address, network, amount and your wallet’s fees: blockchain transfers are generally irreversible. Seek help with errors; recovery depends on the circumstances.
06Bonuses and referrals
A standard new registration receives 1,000 bonus gold; an active superplayer invitation provides Superstart ×5, 5,000 instead of 1,000. The first confirmed deposit receives a 100% bonus capped at 10,000 gold. Later deposit bonuses follow the published scale with a 5,000 gold cap.
Bonus gold is immediately available for bets. Its remaining balance moves to the main balance when qualifying winning payouts reach 10 times the initial bonus. This is a payout requirement, not a bet-count or turnover requirement. Classic and BINARY do not contribute. Unlocking a bonus does not replace the deposit requirement for withdrawal.
A referral is assigned on confirmed new registration. A friend’s first confirmed deposit of at least RUB 500 gives their direct inviter one 1,000 gold bonus. A first deposit below that threshold ends eligibility; later deposits do not accumulate towards it. Superplayer partner rewards are agreed separately and are not an identical offer to all users.
07Content and restrictions
Software, design and materials belong to their respective rights holders. Access does not transfer those rights. Users must hold the necessary rights to uploaded avatars and submitted material and respect others’ rights.
KEF-UP administration may restrict transactions during technical failures, security threats or reasonable suspicion of rule violations. Review must relate to the specific circumstances. These terms do not establish automatic confiscation of the entire balance or a blanket exclusion of statutory liability.
08Requests and changes
Questions about transactions, access restrictions and account closure go through the platform’s help and support section. Messaging requires sign-in. Provide information needed for review, never login codes or secrets. Data deletion and outstanding transactions are considered separately; closing an account does not extinguish existing lawful claims.
New editions are dated. Changes must not retroactively alter settled transactions or remove mandatory rights. Where separate consent or notice is required by law, publishing text alone does not replace it. Reading the Privacy Policy is not unconditional consent to every form of data processing.
